Joseph Gerstel is the Founder and CEO of GetSomeClass, a company that helps remote teams build awesome culture through social fun. Joseph went from barely eking out a high-school diploma to graduating Harvard Law School magna cum laude. 

After graduation, Joseph went to work at one of the world's best law firms, only to realize that he wanted to do something creative and autonomous. Joseph took advantage of remote work to launch GetSomeClass and left his legal career to grow the business full time. 

Joseph (as in me) believes in being direct and honest and thinks the world tolerates way too much nonsense masquerading as seriousness. It's not always clear what's kind, and short-term kindness is often long-term cruelty. Joseph is a fan of nuance, looking at things from many different perspectives, and cultivating wise ignorance, while at the same time calling a spade, a spade.
